The reason I loved this cleanse more than any other is because of the recipes. Other cleanses give you a long list of Don’ts, but not much direction other than that. Who should do a cleanse?
Cleanses aren’t for necessarily for everyone. Take time to think about why you want to do one. What are your goals? Are you looking for a quick fix or real change?
If you are ready to stop making excuses and take charge of your health, this cleanse is for you. If you are ready to make real changes, this cleanse is for you. If you’ve wanted to start eating healthy and just haven’t know where to start, this cleanse is for you!
If you have health issues such as diabetes or other chronic conditions, you should definitely consult with your doctor before beginning. Pregnant or breastfeeding women can certainly participate by doing a modified version of the cleanse, or incorporating the delicious, healthy recipes into normal eating habits.
This gentle cleanse eliminates meat, poulty, dairy and gluten. (It sounds scary, doesn’t it?) During the cleanse you’ll enjoy healthy fruits and vegetables, gluten-free grains, beans, nuts and seeds. No need to worry about feeling hungry or wondering if you’ll have enough protein.
