Acai Bowl with Kale and Berries

Like a smoothie in a bowl - packed with healthy whole food ingredients.
  • One 3.5 ounce package unsweetened acai puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ large banana, optional
  • Optional toppings - hemp hearts, toasted coconut, chia seeds
  1. Place ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, stopping and scraping down sides, as needed.
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with desired toppings.
