Acai Bowl with Kale and Berries

- One 3.5 ounce package unsweetened acai puree
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ large banana, optional
- Optional toppings - hemp hearts, toasted coconut, chia seeds
- Place ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, stopping and scraping down sides, as needed.
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with desired toppings.
