This yummy breakfast smoothie tastes a bit like peach pie. The added oatmeal makes it extra filling and creamy.
  • 1 whole fresh or frozen peach (about 1½ cups frozen peaches)
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 5 large ice cubes
  • ½ cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water, fruit juice, or your choice of dairy or non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ or more tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • agave or maple syrup, to taste
  1. Puree all ingredients until smooth.
