Pineapple-Mango Green-a Colada Smoothie

This smoothie is reminiscent of island cocktails with the additions of pineapple, mango, and coconut milk.
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 to 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • ½ to 1 cup light coconut milk
  • a few big handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • a little honey or agave, if desired
  • ice
  1. Place the fruit into a highspeed blender. Puree until smooth. Add the spinach and ice and add enough coconut milk to make a smooth puree. Serve immediately.
