A simple peach salad with a sprinkle of fresh rosemary, sliced almonds, and a tiny drizzle of raw honey.

  • 1 large peach, pitted and peeled, cut into thick slices
  • 1/2 rosemary sprig, very finely minced
  • 1 Tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
