- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 to 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 to 1 cup light coconut milk
- a few big handfuls fresh baby spinach
- a little honey or agave, if desired
- ice
Instructions
- Place the fruit into a highspeed blender. Puree until smooth. Add the spinach and ice and add enough coconut milk to make a smooth puree. Serve immediately.
