Cucumber Melon Kiwi Juice

I was going to take a new, pretty picture of this juice, but alas, I did not.  It’s so good I slurp it down too quickly.

I am still juicing at least once a day most days.  I love drinking my veggies–packing as many into my day as possible.  It makes me feel better.  So I’ll keep going.

Anyway, this is my favorite juice.  Ever since I discovered I do not have an allergy to melon (anymore?), I love juicing it.  It’s so sweet and refreshing with the cucumber.  The kiwi is for some tartness and the orange is because I love orange.  The spinach is to make it extra healthy.  Chard is good in this too.

Makes about 3 1/2 to 4 cups or more, depending on which juicer/blender you use
