Regarding your recipe on 2 news at noon you indicated 4 cups of wheat berries & you stated recipe follows but it didn’t. how do you make wheat berries?

I follow a recipe my friend gave me:
4 cups raw wheat berries
10 cups water
1 Tbsp. salt
Cook on low in a slow cooker overnight or for 8-10 hours.
You can halve it or store the excess in Ziploc bags in the freezer. Or it keeps in the fridge for about a week.
