Today’s Project

It’s that time of the month! Time for Cooking Club. This month Hannah chose “Cranberries” as the theme.

I’m fudging a little and using Lignonberries to make Phyllo Cups with Brie, Preserves and Pecans.

I’ve been making my own phyllo cups because it’s time to economize! We’ll also be having these little dainties on our Thanksgiving table this year.

  1. I can’t wait to try these! I am such a big fan of Lingonberries. Every time I taste them it brings back memories of picking them by hand and eating them in the middle of a forest in Finland. I had some for breakfast every day while I was there.
