Well….no baby yet. I’m still packing boxes and cleaning out my cupboard. It’s too hot to do much cooking. And I’m too scatterbrained to do much fancy meal planning.
Dinner solution? The slow cooker.
My mom used to make BBQ Country Ribs all the time when I was a kid. It was one of my favorite meals. And what’s better? They are SO easy.
My kids even ate this. And I’ve said before that that is the true test of a good meal.
