Last night we enjoyed a delightful summer-y dinner. It was enjoyed all around and I can’t wait to eat the leftovers for lunch!

    Melissa–Yes! I think you could just use all parsley. It would be just fine. I didn’t like cilantro before I married my husband, but it’s really grown on me.
