When I cleaned out my closet a few weeks ago, I found numerous skirt hangers that were bulky and taking up too much space. I just weren’t using them. I realized if I popped the clips off the ends, I could reuse them as chip clips. Yet another epiphany for Lindsey!
They work great because they are strong and have rubbery ends that grab onto even the slipperiest of bags.
I use them all the time for everything–even out of the kitchen. (We even used them to build a blanket fortress in the kids’ room. They were the perfect thing to secure the blankets to the chairs and crib.)
And I saved some money, which is always a good thing. (Even if it’s only a few bucks.)

Ah!!
I love it!
Genius.
I’m running to my closets now….
:)
I did the same thing with a bunch of unused black binder clips. They adorn my pantry now…
Great idea, Rynell! I have some of those hanging around, too.
Great, Lindsey!
