  1. Ooh goody! I was just thinking last night how I’d like to ask you a question.

    Is there really much of a difference between cooking meat with butter and cooking meat with oil? I find it very hard to cook with butter, and I appreciate the health benefits in cooking with olive oil, but I wonder if in some recipes it’s necessary to cook with butter.
