Mango Frozen Yogurt
original recipe

2 cups vanilla (or plain) non-fat yogurt
3-4 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks

1/4 cup really yummy honey (add more if using plain yogurt)
juice of a lemon
Process in a food processor and freeze mixture in an ice cream maker. (You don’t have to use the ice cream maker, but I like the way it helps the texture. You could just freeze it in a container and stir it every so often with a whisk until it’s frozen enough to scoop.)
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts
