Mixed Greens with Dried Black Currants and Toasted Hazelnuts

If I could pick my most favorite salad in the world, it would be this salad. It’s amazing and garners compliments whenever I take it to parties and potlucks. If you can’t find dried black currants, use Zante currants, raisins, dried cranberries or blueberries instead.

Mixed Greens with Dried Black Currants and Toasted Hazlenuts
original recipe

1 bag gourmet mixed greens (baby lettuces, radicchio, spinach, etc.)
1/2 cup dried black currants
1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
Parmesan cheese shavings
White Balsamic-Shallot Vinaigrette

Toss all ingredients together and drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
