I’ve Been Meaning To Tell You (09.05.14)

Fall has almost arrived here in Boise. The nights are cooler, but the days are warm and sunny. It’s perfection. Peaches, plums, nectarines, melons, apples, and tomatoes are everywhere I look. Sigh. I adore autumn so very much. I even pulled out my favorite sweater the other morning when it was particularly chilly. My kids have been in school for two weeks and are loving it and thriving. It just affirms to me that our move to Boise was the right choice. (We LOVE it here!)

My husband has decided to try making stamps by hand. The process requires a lot of focus and attention to detail, so it’s perfect for him. Above is a prototype of a stamp he made for me. I love it so much. I bought an antique cutting board last year and it’s my absolute favorite prop. This is simply perfection. I can’t wait for more stamps!
