This past year, I’ve partnered with Shirley J to create some mouth-watering recipes using their fabulous products. It’s been so much fun. I’ve made granola, pumpkin bread, meatballs, cranberry almond pie bars, almond-crusted chicken cutlets, and now my most recent recipe, Curried Butternut Squash Sweet Potato Chicken Soup. It is the perfect fall soup! It’s loaded with leeks, diced butternut squash and sweet potatoes with a little kick from curry powder.
