I’m happy to report on my shopping adventures with Carrian. She and I met up with our girls and spent a bit at a new outlet mall nearby doing a little girls only shopping. At the Gymboree Outlet I scored some amazing deals on boys clothes for my son. He often gets overlooked in the clothes department. All of the pants in his drawer are a few inches too short, but still fit him around the waist. He’s a skinny little guy who has gone through a major growth spurt. New pants were on the shopping list.
Oh how I love Gymboree! It’s always been one of my favorite places to shop for quality kids clothes. (p.s. The sales right now are awesome!)
I picked up brown cords, two rugby shirts, two dress shirts, and a Christmas sweater. I absolutely love that red sweater! I’m starting to think red might be my new favorite color.
Yesterday I found his size in the black cords I’ve had my eye on, and the dashing herringbone cap to match the other dress shirt I bought.
My girls, of course, were completely excited when I told them we were getting the red bow shoes. I checked about five times to see if by any chance there was another pair hidden somewhere in my size. Sigh. I love those red shoes so much.
My oldest really had her heart set on a Christmasdress from Gymboree. I was ecstatic (I might have squealed) when I saw one left in her size.
They go so quickly and I was worried I had waited too long. I wasn’t so lucky finding the right size for my youngest. So to make it up to her, I bought a cute headband and red rosette clips to dress up her hand-me-down Christmas dress from her sister, also from Gymboree.
The sales were so fabulous that I even had money left in my budget to pick up a few coordinating outfits for my girls. This is one of the sets. I really love the cupcake theme. So cute!
Gymboree has a new, free rewards program that I totally signed up for. If you refer a friend, you both get %25 off your purchase. How cool is that? Then you earn points for every dollar you spend in-store and online.
I got an extra 20% off my entire purchase due to another in-store promotion that was going on. I made off like a bandit! And I can’t wait to go back and redeem my Gymbucks in a few weeks.
I love a successful shopping trip. How is your Holiday shopping going this year?
